Executive Coaching (Mentoring)

It’s lonely at the top! To whom does an executive turn in order to confide, to question, and to explore ideas that cannot be shared with peers or staff? Executives and CEOs have very few readily available avenues to pursue for trusted guidance. However a personal mentor or coach, knowledgeable in business, the ways of human behaviour and well imbued with listening skills, can fill that need.

CCCC coaches, who have ‘been there before’, as formerly successful CEO’s, meet one on one with the executive to talk, listen, question and exchange information. Establishing trust by attentiveness, and by giving respected advice when asked, that can steer towards positive results, the CCCC coach responds quickly to the priority of the day. This personal mentoring assists and enables the executive to stay on top of current problems.

Method

Once-a-month meetings are held with the executive at a time and a place of mutual convenience, usually at the executive’s office for 2 hours, the two minds deal with issues and soundings. While the executive sets the agenda to current needs for each meeting, the CCCC coach also brings an educational agenda that is relevant to the executive, as determined by issues from previous discussions.

Executive Support

The personal coaching is supplemented by the Caswell Management System as and when required or wanted. Included also are:

• 2,000 pages of CCCC papers and instructions
• CCCC public seminars
• Telephone advice and discussions

You’re in good company. CCCC has provided executive coaching to: CEOs of: a consulting company, a mining company, a manufacturer, a microchip maker, an oil drilling company, Sr. VP of R & D, CTO in electronics, Chief mechanical engineer, General Manager of a ski hill facility, Senior manager of athletics organization, CFO of a building contractor, Sr. economist for a telecom company, etc.

Telephone Option

For those not located within convenient traveling distance, telephone coaching has proved an effective alternative. Consisting of weekly 1 hour meetings and the occasional face-to-face encounters, this option explores issues on a more timely basis
